Payment Policy

The information below describes how we manage payment authorization and order review.

We accept only the payment methods displayed as available in the live checkout. The payment options shown can vary by location, currency, device, order value, and provider availability. Payment information is submitted through the checkout and its payment processors.

An order may be subject to authorization, identity or risk review, and availability checks. A payment provider or the merchant may decline, hold, or cancel a transaction when authorization fails, information is inconsistent, fraud is suspected, or the order cannot be fulfilled. Do not submit a full card number or security code through ordinary customer-support messages.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Posting time is controlled by the relevant bank or payment provider and can continue after the refund is issued.
